Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our hotel Sales team. This role drives revenue by supporting sales initiatives, maintaining client relationships, coordinating group and meeting business, and ensuring seamless communication between guests, clients, and hotel departments.

The ideal candidate excels at organization, relationship-building, and customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, event coordination, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales with daily sales operations and account management activities.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries, qualify leads, and direct opportunities to the sales team.
• Use hotel sales systems to respond to and track opportunities within timelines.
• Coordinate group room blocks, reservations, contracts, and billing details with hotel departments.
• Assist with planning meetings, conferences, weddings, and SMERF groups.
• Maintain sales records, calendars, databases, and client files.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Communicate group details and event information with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping.
