Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the hotel sales team, contribute to sales-related projects, and help maintain our guest-focused service standards. The role requires hands-on support, project coordination, and active participation in sales activities.

You will work closely with operations and sales teams to promote hotel facilities, manage inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding our ONE TEAM.ONE.VISION philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel for sales calls, meetings, and related activities.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to deescalate issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear written and verbal communication; fluent English.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all hotel sales activities and projects.
• Enter items into sales systems and maintain records.
• Support sales team to achieve guest satisfaction and targets.
