Midas Hospitality is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our hotel Sales team. You will assist with sales initiatives, client events, and ensuring seamless communication between guests, clients, and hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with client Relationship focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the hotel Sales department.
• Manage inquiries, qualify leads, and route opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain sales records, reports, and client files across systems.
• Coordinate group room blocks, contracts, and event details with departments.
• Assist with prospecting, telemarketing, and sales campaigns.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.
