Qualifications

• Two years hospitality sales and/or convention service experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (OPERA, OnQ, CI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Drive group sales by proactively seeking new business opportunities and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Lead and manage the sale of guest room nights and room rentals within the Sales & Catering Division.
