Zusammenfassung

Sage Restaurant Group’s Courtyard Denver Downtown is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in handling guest communications, preparing proposals, and coordinating group and wedding events. You will liaise with all hotel departments, maintain organized files, and help achieve sales goals while delivering professional, courteous service.

Prior hospitality sales/secretarial experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or secretarial training.
• Previous sales, hospitality, and secretarial experience preferred.
• Strong communication and editing skills; ability to produce professional documents.

Aufgaben

• Answer sales office phones and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Type correspondence, reports, contracts and prepare proposals as directed.
• Coordinate group and wedding business; follow up within five working days.
• Communicate with departments to ensure events meet client expectations.
• Maintain organized files for clients and projects; support sales team goals.
• Develop client relationships using professional, courteous interaction.
• Stay informed on hotel rates, discounts, and promotions.
• Assist with sales reports and event turn-over with the group.
