Delta Hotels by Marriott Richmond Downtown is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Located in Richmond's financial district, our hotel offers a modern property with extensive meeting space and a vibrant hospitality culture.

The Director will develop and execute the annual sales/marketing plan, manage key accounts, and collaborate with leadership to optimize revenue, ADR, and market share in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in hospitality sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Marriott brand experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Delphi preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group, transient, and catering sales to hit revenue goals.
