Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator (full or part-time) to support the hotel sales team and drive guest satisfaction. The role requires travel for sales calls, lifting up to 25 pounds, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Sales Coordinator will assist with sales inquiries, site tours, and coordination with operations to service accounts, embodying the ONE TEAM.ONE.VISION philosophy and delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel for sales calls, meetings and related activities.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Handle escalated issues per brand guidelines and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and clients.
• Flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all hotel sales activities and support sales-related projects.
• Work with the sales team to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Provide personalized, friendly service to guests and associates.
• Assist with site tours and respond to sales inquiries for rooms and meetings.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure full participation in servicing accounts.
