• Verify reservations and input/update hotel information in the system.
• Create Group Resumes and BEOs; attend weekly meetings.
• Communicate with departments to ensure event execution exceeds client expectations.
• Maintain accurate, organized client files for expediency and clarity.
• Develop strong client relationships through professional interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel rates, discounts, and promotions.
• Follow up promptly on client needs and inquiries.
• Review and finalize group billing upon event completion.
• Foster teamwork and clear communication across departments.
• Present a neat, professional appearance; assist with site visits.
