Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the hotel sales team and drive revenue growth. You will perform essential administrative tasks, manage client details, and ensure smooth communication across departments to enable relationship building and target achievement.

The role requires strong guest-service skills, 1 year of hospitality sales experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

1 year of Sales experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, courteous guest service consistent with the guest service culture.
Conserve the sales team's time by routing correspondence and drafting documents.
Review contracts and budget items with the Director of Sales for accuracy.
Complete weekly departmental forecast and production updates.
Assist Sales Managers with client site inspections and follow-ups.
Manage and distribute incoming sales leads from multiple sources.
Coordinate communications between accounting, sales managers, and vendors.
Quote room rates and terms, and manage customer hotel needs as directed.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Input reminders in Delphi for group follow-ups and action items.
Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
