Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous guest service aligned with the guest service culture.
• Support Sales Team by routing correspondence, drafting letters, and maintaining documents.
• Review sales contracts and related items for accuracy and signature readiness.
• Complete weekly departmental forecast and production updates.
• Assist with client site inspections and coordinate with internal teams.
• Input and track leads from multiple sources; manage follow-up reminders.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
