Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator in Laughlin, NV. You will provide vital administrative support to the Sales Team, manage information flow, and ensure clear communication to help achieve revenue targets and top-tier guest experiences.

You will support site inspections, process sales leads, and ensure accurate contracts, while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to gaming regulations. Must be 21+, HS diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in hospitality sales or guest service is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inputting data in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service aligned with the company culture.
• Summarize and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; manage reservations and invoicing.
• Review contracts for accuracy and obtain signatures as needed.
• Prepare weekly department forecasts and production updates.
• Coordinate client site inspections with Sales Managers or Director of Sales.
• Log and distribute new sales leads from multiple sources.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
