Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Rooms Manager to supervise all housekeeping activities, ensuring top cleanliness and guest satisfaction across its properties in the US. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff while protecting assets and controlling costs.

The role requires at least 3 years in rooms management, strong leadership, budgeting, and excellent communication skills. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred and hotel experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all housekeeping activities to ensure highest cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Forecast and manage the Rooms department budget, scheduling, and expenditures.
• Develop relationships with key corporate and travel industry accounts to maximize revenue.
• Maintain compliance with safety, risk, and company standards; communicate effectively with guests and staff.
