The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to policies, with responsibilities including assisting in other hotel areas as directed and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Ability to understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives, and adhere to standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete required training and stay compliant with Extended Stay University.
