Job summary

Highgate Hotels at Courtyard Atlantic City is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guestrooms clean and inviting and to provide attentive service to guests. You will clean rooms to standard, stock housekeeping carts, manage linen, and report maintenance or lost-and-found items as needed.

This hourly role supports a fast-paced hotel environment in Atlantic City, with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and develop within a global hospitality company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, restock supplies, and prepare the housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock carts and report any missing items or maintenance issues.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
