Highgate Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Courtyard Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. You will oversee housekeeping operations, supervise attendants, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met in assigned sections.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years in a hotel setting, and prior supervisory experience. The position is full-time and paid hourly with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must have strong communication and people management abilities.
• Experience supervising hotel housekeeping staff preferred.
• Solid knowledge of hospitality operations and standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and quality in housekeeping tasks.

Mansioni

• Inspect Room Attendant performance daily to ensure standards.
• In the absence of managers, supervise VIP rooms and coordinate with Front Office.
• Oversee end-of-day floor closures and restock carts.
• Maintain daily assignment records and submit to Housekeeping Office on time.
• Maintain key control and security procedures.
• Handle Lost and Found per standards and policies.
• Monitor cleanliness of carts, linen closets, and stairwells.
• Assign daily duties to Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Carry pager/radio to stay in contact with Front Office/Engineering.
• Report progress of out-of-order rooms to Guest Services Manager.
• Initiate repairs/work orders with Engineering and follow through to completion.
• Assist in training housekeeping staff.
• May be required to clean rooms when needed.
• Ensure completion of cleaning projects biannually and guest satisfaction.
