Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests. The role emphasizes strong cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance or missing items to the supervisor. This position requires physical stamina and effectivecommunication with guests and staff.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent (or experience in a hotel/related field).
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
