The Courtyard Atlantic City, part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness and assist in guest services across public and guest areas. This full-time hourly role requires attention to detail and reliable performance.

Responsibilities include floor care, carpet and furniture refresh, luggage assistance, lost and found handling, and supporting emergency procedures, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork with the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Overview
