Job summary

Buffalo Lodging is seeking a Room Attendant for the Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick Area to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have hotel experience or be open to training, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. • Able to navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.

We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our Team! The Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick area is centrally located in Rhode Island. We are near I-95 and walking distance to many restaurants for our guests to enjoy. T.F. Green Airport and downtown Providence are less than 20 minutes away. Our hotel has 124 guest rooms and we offer a daily free hot breakfast to all our guests. The Hampton Inn by Hilton is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
