Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel experience in Front Office, Reservations, Accounting, or Revenue Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; strong customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Hilton hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Management with daily occupancy analysis, pickup trends, and market demand.
• Prepare revenue performance reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
• Assist with forecasting by gathering historical data and demand trends.
• Assist in weekly revenue strategy meetings and rate/inventory controls.
• Support reservations operations and ensure booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Accounting for revenue reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy across RM and reservations platforms; audit systems.
