Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join the Starling Atlanta Midtown team. The role supports the sales department by identifying new accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and assisting with revenue goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will coordinate with guests and internal staff to prepare contracts, BEOs, and event summaries, help with bookings, and ensure guest satisfaction from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• At least 1 year in hotel or conference catering/sales assistant role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with identifying and soliciting new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
• Assist with achieving monthly revenue booking goals.
• Assist with completing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Respond to inquiries by routing to the appropriate team member and communicating with customers.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure timelines and events run smoothly.
