Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management strategies across a portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on maximizing room revenue through pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and distribution strategies for Marriott and Hilton properties.

The position is full-time and onsite at the Buford corporate office, with collaboration across General Managers, Directors of Sales, and corporate leadership to drive portfolio-wide performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel revenue management, overseeing multiple properties.
• Experience with Marriott and Hilton branded hotels.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace.
• Experience with PMS and RMS and hotel reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

• Cross-functional collaboration and hotel support.
• Strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen revenue management processes, reporting accuracy, pricing discipline, and portfolio-wide performance.

• Maintain organized documentation, forecasts, pricing recommendations, and reporting to support informed business decisions.
