Job summary

Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Manager to support the Director of Hotel Operations in optimizing financial performance. The role focuses on pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution across channels to maximize room revenue.

You will build key revenue reports, oversee Nor1 initiatives, and communicate pricing strategies with reservations and casino teams to drive occupancy and ADR. Experience in hospitality revenue management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or related degree preferred.
• 5 years experience in revenue management or related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pricing and optimization strategies across distribution channels to maximize hotel room revenue.
• Build and maintain revenue reports and performance dashboards.
• Oversee Nor1 program and related yield initiatives daily.
• Monitor inventory, adjust restrictions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Communicate pricing and promotions across reservations and front desk teams.
• Coordinate with call center and casino for pricing effectiveness and promotions.
• Prepare weekly pace reports from multiple data sources.
• Track trends and citywide events impacting occupancy.
