Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences across hotel dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate service while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

You will work with a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide attentive service, handle payments, and assist with closing duties. Previous hospitality experience is preferred and a professional appearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Suggestively sell menu items and promote daily specials to maximize revenue.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and station setup; clear tables and reset for next guests.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, and hotel leadership.
