Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.

• Must be fluent in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take food and drink orders from customers, serve orders, and accommodate special requests.
• Remain attentive to customers throughout the dining experience and uphold service standards.
• Restock and clean during opening and closing sidework as instructed.
• Memorize menu items, recipes, and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, waitstation, and service areas to meet health requirements.
• Document guest orders and payments clearly and accurately to safeguard the transaction.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to improve communication and knowledge.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information to ensure quality service.
