Qualifications

• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position with a full-service hotel or restaurant.
• TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with MICROS POS preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
• Assist in serving and clearing tables.
• Provide menu knowledge and suggest items to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adhere to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and maintain guest relations.
