Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA, part of B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, is hiring a Restaurant Server for AM or PM shifts in Marty's Bar & Grille, open for breakfast and dinner daily.

You will serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to health regulations and liquor laws while ensuring exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired or ability to obtain.
• 1+ years of guest service experience.
• Exemplary customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Physically demanding duties such as walking and standing for long periods.
• Preferred 1+ year serving in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous guest service in the hotel restaurant.
• Take orders, upsell specials, and follow health regulations and liquor laws.
• Complete side work including cleaning, stocking, and coffee stations.
• Assist with cash handling and cost control measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following procedures.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize duties and attend department meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
