Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA is seeking a Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher for AM or PM shifts in Marty’s Bar & Grille. The role cleans and sanitizes dishware, follows health standards, and supports overall kitchen operations in a full-service hotel setting.

Responsibilities include dishroom duties, cleaning, guest service support, cost control, and safety compliance. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred; the team values reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school coursework required.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dish room/washing tasks: operate and maintain the dishwasher, ensure proper temps and storage.
• Cleaning: remove trash, breakdown boxes, floors, and assist with deep cleaning.
• Guest service: assist guests and internal customers as needed.
• Cost control: use equipment properly, monitor chemicals and reduce waste.
• Work safely: maintain a clean, safe area per regulations and procedures.
• Self-management: plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, attend meetings.
• Other duties: assist with banquet prep and plating when required.
