Job summary

O’HReilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager to lead the Jackdaw Restaurant at the Doubletree Aurora, CO location. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and help control costs while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory hospitality experience, on-site presence, and strong leadership. On-site work with a dynamic team and diverse guest interactions are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of restaurant/food and beverage hospitality experience, with supervisory or management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant management training preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members.
• Oversee daily hotel restaurant operations for quality service.
• Establish service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Plan staffing and service levels based on occupancy and events.
• Foster a positive, professional work environment and engagement.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and labor planning.
• Monitor labor, schedule adjustments to meet business needs.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Track sales and guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Manage inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Control costs through portions, waste reduction, and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant areas.
• Ensure compliance with OHM, brand, health, safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and guest needs.
• Review occupancy reports to anticipate business needs.
• Lead by example with professionalism and teamwork.
