O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Manager for Jackdaw Restaurant at the Doubletree Aurora, CO. The role leads restaurant operations, trains the team, and ensures exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant, food and beverage, or hospitality experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant management training preferred.
• Bilingual / Spanish is a plus.
• This is an on-site position requiring regular presence at the hotel.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, trains, coaches, and develops restaurant team members, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations.
• Oversees daily operations of the hotel restaurant and breakfast service to ensure high-quality service.
• Establishes service standards that promote exceptional guest experiences.
• Greet guests warmly and resolve questions and concerns promptly.
• Plans staffing and service levels based on occupancy and events to maximize efficiency.
• Monitors labor utilization and adjusts staffing to meet business needs.
• Assists with budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Maintains inventory, handles cash and POS procedures, and ensures compliance with standards.
