Job summary

O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel/Restaurant Dishwasher at the Doubletree Aurora in Aurora, CO. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen, dining and storage areas, wash and sanitize dishware, and assist with basic food prep and bussing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, restaurant, service, storage, and assigned work areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors; address spills and hazards.
• Cleans and sanitizes work surfaces and equipment.
• Washes pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Loads/unloads dishwashing racks or conveyors.
• Ensures items are cleaned and sanitized according to procedures.
• Polishes silverware when required.
• Stores and organizes dishes and supplies.
• Transfers supplies between areas using safe-handling techniques.
• Assists with stocking, organizing, and rotating supplies.
• Assists with setting up and breaking down banquet tables and areas.
• May assist with basic food prep duties.
• Assists with bussing tables and clearing dishes.
• Supports restaurant operations as needed.
• Follows safety and SDS guidelines.
• Maintains hygiene and uniform standards.
• Communicates professionally with staff and guests.
• Punctual, prepared and team-oriented.
• Follows OHM and brand policies.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
