Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a brand new dual branded hotel in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will lead the food & beverage team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the department to meet revenue and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Food & Beverage experience in a stand-alone or hotel restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and discipline when appropriate.
• Lead the food & beverage staff to meet department goals and service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Train staff and maintain training records; develop associates and coach performance.
• Manage labor via scheduling and budgeting; monitor expenses for profitability.
• Maintain compliance with brand, restaurant and hotel procedures and safety regulations.
