Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group in Horseshoe Bay, TX is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to help run our full‑service restaurant and coordinate events.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staffing, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining safety and cost controls. Strong leadership and hospitality knowledge are essential, with a focus on teamwork and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage.
• Food Handler’s Certificate.
• TABC Certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality-related college degree valued.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; Agilysys experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day F&B outlet operations.
• Coordinate special events and group accommodations.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll with productivity goals.
• Oversee supervisors, trainers and hourly associates.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and appearance standards.
• Drive guest service excellence and employee satisfaction.
