The cook will manage station setup, maintain food safety and quality, and support lunch service while contributing to a guest-focused hospitality environment.

• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow brand recipes and standards.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Opens the kitchen and restaurant each morning, sets up the station and starts cooking.
• Prepares all orders quickly and to order, ensuring quality and temperature.
• Learns all menus, recipes, and presentation per brand standards.
• Stores food properly at correct temperatures and uses proper containers.
• Cooks sufficient food to cover expected business volume and events.
• Preps items for lunch and transitions from breakfast to lunch service.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Works with team to ensure smooth operation during shift changes.
