• Stores food properly and maintains correct temperatures.
• Prepares food for lunch and for the next shift as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas and equipment according to health regs.
• Works with team to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
• Enforces portion controls and stock rotation as required.
