Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Certification to serve alcohol as required by state/local laws.
• Prior bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Welcome guests and verify age before serving alcohol; take orders and suggest menu items.
• Bar Preparation and Maintenance: Set up the bar, stock supplies, prepare and serve beverages as recipes, sanitize glassware.
• Operational Duties: Enter orders in POS, present and collect payments, answer calls, manage cash drops.
• Communication and Culture: Communicate with managers and guests in a friendly manner; contribute to service culture and team goals.
