O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel Front Office Manager for the Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain in Frisco, CO. The role oversees daily front desk operations, ensures exceptional guest service, and may supervise breakfast and F&B teams to maintain efficiency and standards.

The candidate should have supervisory experience and a degree in hospitality or business. The position offers growth opportunities and hotel perks within a dynamic mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Two-year supervisory experience, one-year line-level experience, or an equivalent level of education and experience preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, management, or business.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the front desk team (may include the breakfast and F&B support), including recruiting, hiring, training and development.
• Maintains brand standards of service quality and guest satisfaction; ensures high-level guest service.
• Achieves budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability for the front desk department.
• Liaison with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering to coordinate operations.
• Develops short-term and long-term financial/operational plans for the front desk; participates in property revenue meetings.
• Manages revenue-related activities to maximize RevPAR and profitability; ensures cash/credit procedures are followed.
• Ensures proper budgeting, expense control, and compliance with laws/regulations.
