Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a hotel reservations agent to operate LMS, RMS, and CMS systems to book reservations for customers and to work with Marketing on special events. You will greet hotel guests, perform check-in and check-out, and collaborate with Executive Hosts to ensure an exceptional stay.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling money, and the ability to coordinate with Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver seamless hospitality experiences

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, and audit accounts.
• Must handle money accurately and follow procedures.
• Able to operate LMS, CMS, and RMS computer systems and read screens.
• Type accurately on a computer keyboard.
• Know-how of credit card transactions using electronic draft systems.
• Must obtain/maintain any necessary gaming regulations certifications/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and delight hotel guests with genuine hospitality.
• Connect with Executive Hosts to ensure guests have an amazing stay.
• Partner with Marketing and Player Departments for reservations for special events, tournaments, and parties.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage to book reservations across all dining outlets.
• Master LMS, RMS, and CMS to make smart booking decisions for comped, discounted, and full-rate rooms.
• Stay informed on rates, room types, availability and hotel policies.
• Be the go-to resource for guests about the hotel, casino, and community.
• Take on additional projects and initiatives as directed by management.
