Job summary

Hotel Rehabs, LLC is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead hotel renovation projects from scope through close-out, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality requirements, and contract expectations.

You will collaborate with APMs, superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget, thriving under pressure and maintaining comprehensive project records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of PM ownership in hotel renovations or occupied tenant improvements preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from scope to close-out, ensuring brand standards and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with APMs, superintendents, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; track progress and mitigate delays.
• Manage change orders and ensure accurate logs in collaboration with field teams and ownership.
• Oversee close-out activities, including budget analysis and install checklists.
