The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee hotel operations across multiple properties. You will lead General Managers, drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards while shaping strategic plans and daily execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hotel management, strong financial acumen, and a track record of improving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hotel management experience.
• Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, revenue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily hotel operations and lead General Managers and department heads.
• Ensure properties meet brand, safety, quality, and service standards.
• Monitor hotel financial performance, including revenue, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Review P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
• Work closely with Sales and Revenue Management teams to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hotel leadership teams.
• Establish performance expectations and maintain management accountability.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, scheduling, and productivity.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address operational deficiencies.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and front-office standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, ownership, and brand representatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, business planning, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to control expenses while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.
• Support hotel management teams with problem-solving, employee relations, and operational challenges.
• Travel between assigned properties as needed to provide leadership and operational support.
