Job summary

Ithaka Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a stock receiving and inventory clerk to support hotel operations. You will receive, store, and issue materials, verify invoices against purchase orders, and maintain accurate stock records.

You will also monitor temperatures for perishables and assist in bi-weekly inventories. The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills for recipes, measurements, requisitions and portions.
• Ability to read/write/speak English to complete forms/inventories and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack stock for shelves in stockrooms or warehouses.
• Receive and count stock items and record data manually or via computer.
• Examine and inspect stock for wear or defects and report damage.
• Store items in an orderly manner and keep storeroom organized.
• Notify ordering personnel when shipments arrive or discrepancies occur.
