J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Public Spaces Attendant (Custodian) to maintain the hotel’s public areas, laundry facilities, and exterior grounds. This on-site position includes cleaning lobbies, restrooms, and shared spaces, assisting with laundry, and helping prepare rooms for guest check-in.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Employment is subject to E-Verify verification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed to support housekeeping operations.
• Assist with preparing guest rooms for check-in by supporting the housekeeping team.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exterior grounds (e.g., trash removal, walkway cleaning).
• Monitor common areas for safety hazards and report issues to the General Manager.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms or leaks promptly.
• Use cleaning products and tools safely per training and safety guidelines.
• Perform light maintenance tasks like changing bulbs or unclogging drains.
