Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to support our Housekeeping Department and maintain the cleanliness of our hotel’s public spaces. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and assist with essential tasks.

Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, reliability, and a guest-focused approach. This full-time role offers opportunities for training, advancement, and a strong benefits package, with pay at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds through halls to keep public areas clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to assist with lifting and priority requests.
• Report missing/found articles and any signs of damage or needed repair.
• Provide attentive service to guests and secure additional help when needed.
