Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Public Spaces Attendant (Custodian) to maintain hotel public areas, laundry facilities, and exterior grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety for guests and staff. This on-site, part-time role reports to the General Manager and offers a supportive team environment.

The position requires the ability to follow safety guidelines, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Employment is subject to E-Verify verification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry to support housekeeping operations.
• Assist with preparing guest rooms for check-in with the housekeeping team.
• Maintain exterior grounds and pickup trash, sweep entryways.
• Respond to safety issues and emergencies as directed by the General Manager.
