Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection for hourly positions
• Support in performance management, employee relations and compliance programs
• Coordinate training and development programs with Learning & Development leadership
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure data integrity
• Assist in Health & Safety initiatives and safety committee activities
• Support leadership with ESS processes and action plan development
