Arlo Hotels is seeking a passionate People Services Coordinator for Arlo Williamsburg in New York. You will support recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and health and safety initiatives, partnering with the General Manager to deliver outstanding hospitality culture.

The role focuses on recruitment for hourly positions, training administration, and maintaining confidential employee files while championing the Arlo culture and guest experiences through exceptional people service.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in human resources in hotel or related industry.
• Bachelor’s, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management.
• Service-focused with a track record of personal, timely service.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
