Arlo Hotels is seeking an Area Sales & Service Coordinator at its New York City corporate headquarters. You will serve as the primary contact for group logistics from turnover through departure, supporting Arlo Soho, Arlo Nomad, and Arlo Midtown.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel sales or group services experience.
• Multi-property hotel experience across multiple hotels.
• Experience with Opera Cloud PMS; Canary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for all group logistics post-turnover.
• Manage group resumes, rooming lists, booking links, and billing instructions.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Revenue and Accounting teams.
• Monitor group pickup, inventory, and cutoff dates.
• Reconcile open balances and ensure timely deposits and invoices.
• Proactively resolve issues with clients and internal teams.
