Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a PBX Operator for the Boston Marriott Burlington. The role focuses on answering calls within three rings, directing them to the correct departments, and delivering courteous guest service throughout the resort.

You will dispatch calls, stay informed about resort events, and assist guests with reservations, activities, and local information. A strong, engaging personality and solid communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and direct calls throughout the resort.
• Dispatch guest calls to appropriate departments.
• Be familiar with resort outlets and services to provide accurate information.
• Log and clear all guest calls into the HOT SOS system.
• Follow up with all guest calls and complaints using guest name.
• Be able to perform concierge duties including restaurant reservations and resort activities.
• Log and store all guest packages following procedures.
• Maintain the PBX area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Know resort emergency procedures and pay a key role in emergencies.
