Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely, including timekeeping, overtime, deductions, taxes and adjustments.
• Audit timekeeping and payroll information for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries with confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management (headcount, labor cost).
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Perform monthly payroll reconciliations and related GL activities.
