Job summary

Preferred Travel Group is seeking an Accountant, Payroll in Chicago to manage domestic and international payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and assisting audits. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of payroll and accounting experience are required, with international payroll experience preferred.

You will process payroll using ADP services, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and maintain compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international payroll accurately and on schedule using ADP services.

• Maintain payroll records and reconcile payroll accounts to the general ledger.
• Support audits and respond to payroll inquiries with internal partners and providers.
