Job summary

Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Mokena, IL is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations from 11 PM to 7 AM. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a professional demeanor to greet guests and handle reservations.

Responsibilities include running the night audit, sending daily financial reports, checking in guests, resolving questions and complaints, and ensuring rooms are ready. Weekend availability is a must.

• Monitoring daily reservations and ensuring assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in.
• Handling financial transactions (both cash and credit).
• Promptly assisting with guest requests.
• Actively listening to and resolving guest complaints.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the property and performing light cleaning duties if needed.
• Other duties as assigned by general manager
